I suppose it's a great idea if you can't read. Publisher and PowerPoint are easier to use in general. It's easier to access some features. There are some new features including more compact but incompatible file formats.

Cons: I use Excel and Word most frequently and find them frustrating to use. It is time consuming to locate many functions even after using the software for about a year. Older versions of the software built on previous generations, and were organized logically. Overall Review: I would consider alternative software before purchasing. We had to uninstall this and go back to the old Office for our office manager who got very upset because the software was so difficult to learn. I don't use Outlook very much.

Pros: Visually it looks better and smarter at converting different languages. On office , many time you need to convert the language manually so you can read foreign text. It speeds everything up but still slower than the older office, especially with PST files larger than 3 gigs.
