Pes 2008 ps2 game

Play UK. The formula here has already been pillaged, but it's not as suicidal as the PS3 version. User Reviews. Write a Review. Positive: 5 out of 9. Mixed: 4 out of 9. Negative: 0 out of 9. PES has always been a very solid football game on the PS2. I prefer it more than the FIFA series because of the better gameplay. The problem however with both series is that every game they bring almost the same game, with a few little tweaks and an updated roster.

The menus and music in PES suck as usual. The commentary is not good but passable. There are several camera positions to chose from but in my opinion only the far side view is good.

The far vertical view is also good a bit too close though but they made the mistake of putting the camera on the wrong side of the field in the second half of the match. The AI of your players is not very smart, the defenders don't seem to attack the enemy and leave most of the work up to you. And when will they develop a football game in which a missed pass from your player will just go to some random place on the field instead of directly in the feet of an enemy player? But as I said the gameplay in PES is better than in any other football game on the PS2 and for me that's the most important.

PES gets 8 out of 10 from me. Not too dissimilar to PES6 - at first glance it's identical. However, when you play it, you'll notice the subtle changes and Not too dissimilar to PES6 - at first glance it's identical.

However, when you play it, you'll notice the subtle changes and realise that the majority of things that originally annoyed you about PES6 that you've by now forgotten about are now fixed. The last best Pro Evolution of the PS2 era. Not as good as previous ones but the last good one. Keep me logged in on this device Forgot your username or password?

PES features a brand new intelligence system, called Teamvision, that adapts and reacts to players own gameplay styles to ensure that the computer controlled opponents are always challenging and forcing the player to think and chance their style of play to avoid being out-thought by the game.

This continued progress with PES , based on PS2, adding a formula in its own way, making the game process easily become the best football title for PSP. In Peshop we can also unlock classic teams and also several classic players, among other items and options. As far as players are concerned, the database is not up to date, unfortunately for us the last transfers in August and all winter transfers are not introduced in the game.

It is not clear why, since the winter market closed at the end of January, they had time to update. In terms of Game Modes there is nothing surprising, we have a quick game mode or go directly to the penalty spotting, the already well-known Master League, the opportunity to play in one of the leagues, we also have several Cups to play for as example Konami Cup, European, World, South American, etc.

One of the novelties is the inclusion of the World Tour Mode, which consists of overcoming a series of missions, the difficulty increases as we go beyond them.
